Attorney Cascanett is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, U.S. District Court of Massachusetts, and the State of New York. She graduated from Ithaca College, Ithaca, New York in 1997 and New England School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts in 2001. While at New England, she was captain of its Jessup International Moot Court Team and led it to the international rounds of the competition in Washington, D.C. This was the first appearance of a New England School of Law team at the international rounds in the school’s history. As a result, she was awarded the distinguished Anna E. Hirsch Award for her services to the law school for raising the prestige and profile of New England School of Law at both the national and international levels. She spent the first few years of her career at the Boston firm of Morrison Mahoney, LLP (formerly Morrison Mahony & Miller) in Boston, Massachusetts. While there, she represented businesses in litigation concerning contracts, construction, transportation, products liability, toxic torts, and insurance coverage in both the state and federal courts. She spent the next several years practicing in Worcester, Massachusetts at Fuller Rosenberg Palmer & Beliveau, LLP where she successfully tried over forty jury trials in the district and superior courts in nearly every county in the Commonwealth.

Prior to starting her own practice she was an associate at Kerstein Coren & Lichtenstein, LLP in Wellesley, Massachusetts. While practicing at that firm, she represented both businesses and individuals in the areas of business litigation, employment law, employment litigation, family law, education law, and professional licensure. She argued on behalf of her clients before state agencies, licensing boards, and in state and federal courts of the Commonwealth as well as in other states.

Attorney Cascanett has gained considerable experience and a vast array of knowledge in her career over the last twelve years. She has developed relationships and earned the respect of attorneys and judges all over the Commonwealth. This has given her a unique perspective of the inner workings of the court systems in nearly every venue.

While her knowledge, integrity, and ethics have earned her a reputation of excellence in the courts, she is also known for her commitment to her community on a local and international level. She volunteers with Girls CHOICE working with at-risk youths in Worcester, Massachusetts. She has been a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2009. She continues to volunteer for Mock Trial and Moot Court competitions for the benefit of law students. The War Crimes Tribunal of Rwanda recognized her for her involvement and help with the War Crimes Project. She worked with the Tribunal to help it in its attempts to bring war criminals to justice.
